July 15, 2025: Flood Insurance

There are two types of floods happening—one in the natural and one in the spirit.

For some, it will feel like devastation, like it’s one thing after another. Rapid, unrelenting, like a storm that refuses to pass. But for others, it will be an outpouring—an overflow of My Spirit.

Yes, the rains are prophetic. The floods are prophetic.

Perspective.

One side of the coin brings calamity and shaking. But the other side brings awakening. Those who posture themselves right before Me—those who rend their hearts and not their garments—will experience the flood of My Spirit.

The Lord brought the prophecy in Joel in my spirit:

“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.” (Joel 2:28)

I am doing a deep work. This is not a surface-level cleansing— it is a deep cleansing and a pulling out of what pollutes you, so I can pour in what will preserve you.

There are things you already know need to be addressed. Don’t delay. Confront them. Confront the hidden faults, the pride, the compromise, the unforgiveness.

You’ve heard many say, “Exposure is coming to the church first,” and this is true—but understand this: it is not exposure for the sake of shame. It is exposure for the sake of cleansing. I am uncovering what has been hidden, not to destroy, but to deliver.

My Spirit is cleansing vessels. Preparing vessels of honor.

“But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the Master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.” (2 Timothy 2:20–21)

You were created for holy purposes, but I will not force you to walk in them. You must decide.

He wants me to share what He showed me about Nehemiah 3:10. On the surface, it looks like a simple rebuilding—but it was deeper. He told me to look at the names of the people rebuilding and those in opposition of rebuilding. Each name carried a meaning. Each person stood for something prophetic—resistance, restoration, rebuilding.

We too, are in a time of rebuilding, restructuring, and reconstruction in the Spirit.

What was broken is being rebuilt and what was neglected is being restored.

God is encouraging you to build. Keep building. Don’t be discouraged by false storms or religious people who seem to be walking right. Don’t let discouragement make you feel unseen.

The Lord then reminded me of the Book of Remembrance.

“Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name.” (Malachi 3:16)

You feel unseen, but I see you. I have recorded your obedience. I have watched your tears, your sacrifices, your quiet yes. Your name is written in My book.

I have been walking the earth with a pen and a clipboard. I am taking note of what you’re doing—and what others are not doing. I am taking note—not just of what you say, but what you do.

There are things I’ve told you to build. Do not delay. It may seem small to you, but it is strategic. You must obey now. The instruction you’re sitting on is not optional. I have attached future fruit to your present obedience.

I say this to encourage you: don’t give up. You’re not working in vain. And I say to you—what you have done for Me will not burn. It will be tried by fire and found to be gold.

I’ve entrusted you with much.

“To whom much is given, much shall be required.” (Luke 12:48)

The Lord started reminding me how He’s been speaking to me through the meaning of names. He’s been confirming restoration to me over and over again. This is happening now for some, and for others, it will unfold in greater measure soon.

Then He says, “I love you all.”

This is not about who looks most righteous. I died for all. I love all. I see every heart.

Don’t compare yourself.

“For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.” (2 Corinthians 10:12)

Comparison will rob you of joy. It will dry up what made you feel special. It will steal your sense of being chosen.

Every person has a part in the rebuilding. Like in Nehemiah’s day—everybody had something to do. No role is more important than another. It all matters.

Beware of pride. Beware of offense. Do not walk in offense when you see Me using someone else. Bless them. Cheer for them. Build with them. Don’t get discouraged by someone else’s progress. Celebrate it. This spirit of division and pride is not from Me.

Division grieves my heart.

I, The Lord am not divided.

A kingdom divided against itself cannot stand. You call yourselves Mine, yet walk in separation, judgment, and suspicion. You compete when you should cover. You tear down what I am trying to build.

There is a spirit rising in the earth—a spirit of division, fueled by race, class, power, and position. But let it not be so among you. The Kingdom cannot be built by the divided.

If two or three gather in My name, I am there. I dwell in unity.

“Behold how good and pleasant it is when brethren dwell together in unity… for there the Lord commanded the blessing.” (Psalm 133)

I’m doing something among those who build together. But pride, jealousy, and offense will disqualify you.

You don’t know why I’ve given to one and not to another. You don’t know why I’ve opened one door and shut another.

Trust Me.

Some cannot yet carry the weight of what they’re asking Me for. It would crush them. Others have been refined and are ready. This is why you must not compare.

I am pressing each of you for oil. Everyone must be crushed. Everyone must be purified. No one is exempt. The fire is necessary.

“Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.” (Isaiah 48:10)

And I heard the Lord say to me, “Joy, you need to sit with Me more often. There is much I want to discuss with you—not just for others, but for you. My daughter, My darling beloved—you will walk through the fire, but you shall come out shining as pure gold.

“But He knows the way that I take; when He has tried me, I shall come forth as gold.” (Job 23:10)

Then He spoke a word I wasn’t expecting: “Allure.”

It caught me off guard.

“Allure?” I questioned silently. It felt… unusual. I hesitated to receive it at first because of how that word is often used.

So I looked it up.

Allure means “the quality of being powerfully and mysteriously attractive or fascinating.”

And there it was—in Scripture.

“Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her… and she shall sing there, as in the days of her youth.” (Hosea 2:14–15)

The Lord wasn’t just speaking about attraction—He was speaking about restoration.

Hosea is a book of restoration. Of a Bride who strayed, but is drawn back.

Then He said, “My people are going to become very attractive. They will carry a golden allure. A warmth. A glow. Dripping in glory. My glory will rest on you.”

People will look and say, “God is with this one.”

Everything about you will carry the evidence of who you belong to.

He says, “Those who belong to Me—they are well known. And they will be well known.”

It made me think of Moses. 🥹

I release this word in the fear of the Lord,

Joy
